‘Call Me By Your Name’ Star Timothee Chalamet ‘Just Had a Genuine Bond’ With Armie Hammer

During his “Actors on Actors” chat with Daniel Kaluuya, Timothee Chalamet explained how the on-screen chemistry came about with himself and Armie Hammer on “Call Me By Your Name.”

“It was, like, the random luck of the universe where we had just a genuine bond,” Chalamet said. “[Director] Luca [Guadagnino] says, ‘If I desire my actors and I love my actors, they will love each other too.'”
