“NCIS: Los Angeles'” Nia Long weighed in on the Leslie Moonves allegations Thursday at the HFPA grants event, and said “there has to be a process” for dealing with accusations like those of the six women who claim Moonves acted inappropriately towards them.

Long, who said she was date raped when she was 16 years old, stated that she’d been in Moonves’ office and that everything was always “totally fine and professional.”

She went on to say that “there has to be real evidence,” while acknowledging that she’s not paying enough attention to know what’s going on to-date with the Moonves situation.

“I just know it’s hurtful when we’re living in times that one mistake, one bad choice, one horrific thing to a woman, can take your whole family down, and this is a big huge reminder that men need to be responsible for their actions, that women need to be responsible for their actions.”
