At the “Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom” premiere in Hollywood June 12, the cast and crew of the latest “Jurassic Park” franchise film talked living up to the hype of the series and how “Fallen Kingdom” differs from the first “Jurassic World.”

“The moment you decide to take the ‘Jurassic’ universe one step further,” said director J.A. Bayona, “you somehow pick up the repercussions of the first movie and you take it to a place that we’ve never seen before.”

“The stakes have never been higher,” said star Chris Pratt. “It’s different than any of the ‘Jurassic’ films and it was really necessary and vital, if we were gonna move this franchise forward, to do that.”
