Comcast shares jumped after the company beat Wall Street’s fourth-quarter earnings and revenue estimates Thursday before market open. Strength in its broadband business helped to offset some of the continued pay-TV losses, and its streaming service Peacock had 33 million sign ups in Q4, up from 22 million in the prior quarter.
