Stars Pick Their Favorite Movies of 2018

We asked Hollywood creators what shows, movies and books made it to the top of their piles from 2018. No surprise that Alfonso Cuaron’s “Roma” was a crowd favorite. “I loved ‘Roma,'” Bradley Cooper said. “I just saw ‘Green Book.’ I loved that. I haven’t seen much but those were great,'” the “A Star is Born” actor and director revealed.

“If Beale Street Could Talk” director Barry Jenkins also chose “Roma” as his year-end favorite.

“To see somebody who can make ‘Gravity’ on such a large scale apply that same aesthetic to a very intimate story. And to a story that’s about his home country, his home life. That’s what cinema should be,” Jenkins said of Cuarón.
