Prior to the Season 5 premiere of “Billions,” series co-creators and showrunners Brian Koppelman and David Levien broke down how they plan to roll out future episodes of the Showtime drama after production was halted due to the coronavirus pandemic.
“Seven episodes are finished, edited,” Kopplemen said. “Those seven will air starting May 3. They will air in a row and then when we come back, we’ll shoot the final five episodes of the season. Those are written.”
Levien promised, “No speed bump with the first seven and then a gigantic speed bump in front of the final five, but we will get there.”
