Variety‘s Marc Malkin did the hard investigative work and can reveal exactly what makes up such a glitzy party.
“It’s the crème de la crème of the industry, here,” said the event’s producer, Cheryl Cecchetto of Sequoia Productions. “The governors hosting it. Everything has to be precise.”
The event has been six months in the making with a wait staff of 850, along with 200 culinary staff — not including security, entertainers, traffic controllers and more.
Want the meat? Master chef Wolfgang Puck brought in 40 New York strip steaks for the occasion, along with ham that has been aged five years. Puck’s famous truffles will also make an appearance — 30 pounds worth.
