Variety’s annual Hitmakers honors kicked off on Saturday morning with red carpet arrivals of the top talent in the music industry, with artists like Jack Harlow, Dua Lipa and Selena Gomez rolling out for the brunch event. Big names mingled with the labels, producers, sound mixers, engineers and managers behind the year’s 25 most-consumed songs.

Variety’s Marc Malkin and Angelique Jackson hosted the carpet at the City Market Social House in downtown Los Angeles. Elton John and Dua Lipa are this year’s cover honorees, heralding their success on their “Cold Heart – PNAU Remix” collaboration. Other honorees include Gomez, Lizzo, Omar Apollo and Latto.
