Smith

Smith earned his first Oscar nomination in 2001 for portraying Muhammad Ali in Sony’s “Ali,” but the actor-producer continues to forge his own path to greatness. Smith is courting his third Oscar nom with his latest film, “King Richard,” where he portrays athletes Venus and Serena Williams’ father. Smith’s Westbrook content group has reportedly been on the auction block and looks bound to be sold in the months to come, but it’s still churning out media, including Snapchat series “Will From Home.” Proving you can go home again, Smith returned to his “Fresh Prince” roots, wrangling the old gang for a reunion special at HBO Max while developing “Bel-Air,” a full series reboot for Peacock that casts Smith’s comedic character in a more dramatic light. Smith earned his first-ever Emmy nod in 2021 for executive producing Netflix’s “Cobra Kai.”
