Take-Two Interactive

Chairman / CEO

Operating entirely within the videogames space, Take-Two is thriving, having closed its 2020 fiscal year with nearly $3 billion in net bookings, a record for Zelnick’s holding company. Rockstar’s “Grand Theft Auto V” and its online mode continue to be the bread and butter for Zelnick ahead of the game’s next-gen debut in 2021, having already existed across the previous two console generations. Impressive sales are also being seen across Take-Two’s other labels, with “Borderlands 3” from 2K Games selling 5 million units within five days of its September 2019 release and “The Outer Worlds” from Private Division exceeding the company’s own commercial expectations the following month.
