CEO

Doole left her post as global drama chief at Fremantle in August to launch Sow the Seed, a multi-platform incubator for under-represented talent (whether race, gender, sexual orientation or socioeconomic). Two months later, she landed another big production post, signing on as CEO of Studiocanal’s Manchester-based Red Production Company, which made acclaimed TV series “Years and Years,” “Happy Valley” and Harlan Coben’s “The Stranger.” During Doole’s five-year tenure at Fremantle, she created and launched its dramatic podcast producer Storyglass, responsible for the riveting eight-part supernatural thriller “The Harrowing,” starring Joanne Froggatt. She also worked on TV series including “The Young Pope,” “My Brilliant Friend” and “Picnic at Hanging Rock.” From 2007 to 2012, Doole was creative director and head of indie comedy and drama at BBC Worldwide.
