Gores founded Paradigm in 1992, and over the past 27 years has built one of the industry’s top agencies, with more than 700 employees in 10 offices across the US, Canada and UK. In 2018, expansion continued with the acquisition of Dale Morris & Associates touring business and 2019 with the integration of top UK-based music agency Coda into Paradigm.
