Imagine signing on to a title role in Disney’s “Star Wars” universe only to discover that your face will appear on screen just a handful of times in the first two seasons. The Chilean-born actor with a low-key gravitas and charm also appeared in “Wonder Woman 1984” and “We Can Be Heroes” in 2020, and is set to star in HBO’s upcoming apocalyptic video game adaptation “The Last of Us,” as well as Judd Apatow’s “The Bubble,” a comedy taking place mid-pandemic that’s set for Netflix.
