Glaser has earned a reputation as a go-to attorney for both plaintiffs and defendants in wrongful termination cases, which have become increasingly prevalent in the #MeToo era. In early 2020, she won a reported $20 million wrongful termination arbitration judgment for former NBCU exec Josh Goldstine, whose firing the company linked to harassment.
