He advised Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. on its $3.3 billion all-stock acquisition of MSG Networks Inc., Ion Media Networks, Inc. on its $2.7 billion sale to E.W Scripps, SXSW LLC on the sale of a 50% equity interest to Variety owner Penske Media Corp. and CAA on the sale of its majority stake in Wiip Productions to Korea’s JTBC Studios. He was also lead manager of SPAC (special purpose acquisition company) IPOs for Colin Kaepernick and Jahm Najafi’s Mission Advancement Corp. as well as Michael Mahan’s BrightLight Acquisition Corp.
