Max Lousada

Warner Music Group

CEO, Recorded Music

The day after Lousada became CEO last October, he calmed turbulence at the label by announcing a new leadership structure with the appointment of CEO Aaron Bay-Schuck and COO Tom Corson. In his first year on the job, Bruno Mars took home the three top Grammy Awards, the company won six out of eight top Brit Awards, and Ed Sheeran was named 2017’s top-selling
artist in the world.
