Marc
Goldberg

CEO

Goldberg and his fellow original stakeholders bought back the producer-distributor from Film Finance Inc. (which had acquired it in 2018) in November 2021. In the time since, the company, which has offices in London and Los Angeles, has doubled in size, aided by financing from co-owner David Sullivan (who also owns Premier League soccer club West Ham United). Its L.A.-based production arm, Signature Films, produced eight movies over the past year, including the comedy “The Estate,” starring Toni Collette; the thriller “Dangerous Waters,” featuring the late Ray Liotta; the heist movie “Marmalade”; the romantic drama “She Is Love;” and the actioner “One Shot.” The company has also distributed more than a thousand films in the U.S. and the U.K., including 2022’s “Blacklight,” with Liam Neeson, and the fearfest “Orphan: First Kill.”
