Dickins

Co-Head, Music

With an office in London, Dickins adds an international perspective to the team that took over leadership of WME’s music division in 2020. This year, she onboarded Craig D’Souza, who joined as partner from Primary Talent, along with U.K.-based agents Andy Duggan and Whitney Boateng. In reaction to the pandemic, she, co-head Kirk Sommer and former co-head Scott Clayton ramped up the agency’s Virtual Appearances group, which fielded more than 200 online performances for the likes of Charlie Puth, Dean Lewis, Culture Club, the Revivalists and Hank Williams Jr., including one by Dua Lipa in late 2020, which holds the world record for most livestream tickets sold by a solo female. She also helped launch WME’s Legends division, which enriches the estates of Notorious B.I.G., Andy Kaufman and Eartha Kitt, to name a few.
