Bartlett joined the CAA fold with the acquisition of ICM Partners, completed in June 2022, bringing with her a client list that includes Oscar nominees Michael Keaton and Ruth Negga (“Macbeth”) and Broadway star Joaquina Kalukango (“Paradise Square”). This year saw her help broker deals for Rachel Zegler (“West Side Story”) to star in Disney’s live-action adaptation of “Snow White” and Lionsgate’s “The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes,” as well as Oscar winner Regina King to exec produce and direct the Netflix limited series “A Man in Full” along with David E. Kelley and star as boundary-breaking politician Shirley Chisholm in writer-director John Ridley’s Netflix biopic “Shirley,” which she is also exec producing. At ICM, Bartlett became the first Black board member of a major Hollywood talent agency.
