Atlantic Records

Chairman / COO

Since 2005, when she took the helm of Atlantic with co-chair Craig Kallman, the company has enjoyed a winning streak unseen in the industry since the halcyon days of Warner Bros. Records in the 1970s and ’80s, making it arguably the industry’s most consistent label. The two have set a model adopted by other labels in the industry: Essentially, she oversees the label — and particularly the marketing — and he oversees the music, and every year the company replenishes its roster with fresh talent. Of late, Atlantic has seen chart-topping albums from Ed Sheeran, Cardi B, Meek Mill and Twenty One Pilots as well as rising stars Lizzo and A Boogie, all artists who have flourished in Greenwald and Kallman’s sure hands.
