Abrams’ Bad Robot production company in 2019, which has the sci-fi fantasy drama “Demimonde” in production for HBO, and Seth McFarlane’s $200 million NBCUniversal Content Studios deal, an agreement that has spawned projects including a straight-to-series adaptation of his movie “Ted” for Peacock.
