Promoted to CEO in 2018, Mullin leads Fremantle’s continued expansion, overseeing globally iconic unscripted formats including “Idol,” “Got Talent” and a new addition, “The Greatest Dancer” — a partnership with Simon Cowell’s Syco Entertainment — which is already tapped for season two. She also runs the company’s high-end-scripted division, with dramas such as “My Brilliant Friend” and the nine-episode “The New Pope” for HBO already garnering global attention. With the entertainment powerhouse still growing, Mullin has brought on production companies such as Italy’s Wildside, Israel’s Abot Hameiri and Scandinavian outfit Miso, as well as inked talent partnerships with Fabula brothers Pablo and Juan de Dios Larraín and actress-writer Natalie Dormer. She signed an exclusive multi-year deal with “True Detective” and “Catch 22” producer Richard Brown.
