Part of European media giant ProSiebenSat.1, Red Arrow boasts an impressive pedigree, with 20 prodcos in seven territories — 11 in the United States. Baker oversees every one of them and was promoted in 2019 to the role of president and co-CEO after eight years. In just the past year, Red Arrow pushed the needle with “The Weekly,” a headline check from the New York Times on FX, Fox’s “First Responders Live,” and Netflix’s “Jailbirds,” which followed the ladies in Sacramento County lockup. Among the company’s key properties are “Married at First Sight” on Lifetime and TLC’s ”Say Yes to the Dress,” and he helped develop a groundbreaking social experiment with “Old People’s Home for 4-Year-Olds,” which delighted audiences and garnered a BAFTA nomination and 10 major awards.
