Before the first season of National Geographic’s “Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted” hit the airwaves – the latest in a long line of successful food-focused shows including the US’s current most-watched food show, “24 Hours to Hell and Back” – it was slated for season two. More than a decade after “Hell’s Kitchen” first sizzled on Fox, Gordon’s the only talent on air in the US with four primetime network shows. When he’s not competing in Iron Man or planning 100-restaurant expansions or shining his three Michelin stars at his London flagship outpost (the longest-running to hold that accolade), he’s still filming his summer staple “MasterChef” and critical darling “MasterChef Junior” – which earned the fiery foodie his first Emmy nomination and was recently renewed for an 8th season.
