Kramer
President
A 30-year veteran of UTA, Kramer was elevated from co-president to president of the agency in September 2022. He has overall oversight of UTA, managing more than a dozen individual divisions, including motion pictures, comedy touring, podcasting/audio and UTA IQ, the agency’s data and analytics group. Prior to his promotion, he played a lead role in UTA’s June 2022 acquisition of London-based agency the Curtis Brown Group, whose 123-year-old books department represents Margaret Atwood (“The Handmaid’s Tale”), Jeffery Deaver (“The Bone Collector”) and the estates of John le Carré, A.A. Milne and Ian Fleming, among others, greatly expanding its presence in the literary world. Kramer also worked with UTA CEO Jeremy Zimmer to secure an investment from Stockholm-based private equity firm EQT Holdings, making it the agency’s largest outside shareholder. In addition to his work at UTA, Kramer serves on the advisory board for the Peabody Awards.
