The biggest account handled by attorney Emanuel in terms of sheer physical size is the MGM Sphere. He reps the $1.865 billion immersive Las Vegas mega-venue, scheduled to open in the latter half of 2023, in transactions for client MSG Entertainment. He has lots of work flowing in from clients such as Ryan Murphy, whom he represents in the creation and production of shows for Netflix and Disney, including “Dahmer — Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story,” “The Watcher” and “Feud: Capote’s Women.” He’s also been cutting big deals for prodcos Animal Logic (producers with Imagine of Ron Howard’s “The Shrinking of Treehorn” for Netflix), Playtone (sale of “A Man Called Otto” to Sony) and Julie Lynn and Bonnie Curtis’ Mockingbird Pictures (overall deal with Skydance), as well as writer-producer Tony Gilroy (Disney+’s “Andor”) and filmmaker Robert Rodriguez (Netflix’s “Spy Kids” reboot).
