Hemsworth, older brother of “Hunger Games” hunk Liam Hemsworth, instantly grabbed millions of fans’ attention with his beefed-up physique as Thor in a trilogy of films that reeled in some $702 million. Along the way, he became the top-paid Avenger, earning himself $76.4 million just for “Endgame,” which brought in $852 million domestically. But now the actor is clearly looking for a different piece of the pie. He declined another turn as James T. Kirk’s father, George, in the upcoming untitled “Star Trek” project, citing an underwhelming script, but his L.A. and Melbourne-based Thematic Entertainment snapped up producer credits along with Hemsworth’s next starring roles, including the untitled Hulk Hogan biopic and the Russo brothers’ adventure film “Dhaka,” both with Netflix.
