Wasserman added to his multimedia empire in 2021, acquiring German boxing promoter Team Sauerland and Paradigm Talent Agency’s North American music business, now known as Wasserman Music, which reps acts including Coldplay, Billie Eilish, Phish and Ed Sheeran. Grandson of the late MCA chief Lew Wasserman, arguably the most powerful Holly­wood mogul of the 20th century, he has spent the last 23 years building his company Wasserman (formerly Wasserman Media Group) into a multi-tentacled entertainment conglomerate encompassing sports, talent management, music and brand marketing. On top of that, he runs the nonprofit Wasserman Foundation and serves as chairman of the Los Angeles Super Bowl Host Committee for Super Bowl LVI in 2022 as well as the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
