President, Worldwide Marketing

Following an executive restructuring at Warner Bros., in January 2018 Rich was named head of worldwide marketing for Warner Bros. Pictures and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment. By consolidating the marketing for both divisions, the studio could manage titles through their entire lifecycle and respond nimbly to consumer demand. Rich led the marketing efforts on 2017’s “It,” which had a monster opening of $123 million, going on to gross $700 million globally. She steered the campaigns of critical and global box-office hits, including “Ready Player One,” “Ocean’s 8,” “Dunkirk” and “Wonder Woman.” She joined Warner Bros. Pictures International as a marketing trainee in 1997 right out of college. For eight years, Rich has chaired L.A. Family Housing’s annual benefit.
