Bajaria

VP, Content

Bajaria, who in March 2019 stepped into her new role overseeing non-English originals coming from Europe, the Middle East, Africa, India and Latin America, has spent the last three years at the dominant streaming service provider. First joining Netflix as vice president of content, she steered the platform’s foray into unscripted originals, a period that saw “Tidying Up With Marie Kondo,” “Queer Eye,” “Nailed It!”, “Hasan Minhaj’s “Patriot Act” and David Letterman’s “My Next Guest Needs No Introduction” come to life. Thus far this year, “Money Heist,” now in its third season, became the most-watched original on Netflix in its non-English territories, and Brazilian original “Sintonia” was the No. 2 most-viewed freshman season in Brazil.
