EVP, Talent & Content Development

Entelis, who oversees development, strategy and production for CNN Films and CNN Original Series, has hired some 30 TV journalists and launched four premium content brands for the network, developing over 35 original series, including “Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown” and W. Kamau Bell’s “United Shades of America.” Under her stewardship, two CNN Films-produced documentaries brought in 2019 Emmy nominations. “RBG,” directed by Betsy West and Julie Cohen and distributed by Magnolia, earned four nods, and the Tim Wardle-directed “Three Identical Strangers,” released by Neon, earned three. This year, CNN Films and Neon produced Todd Douglas Miller’s “Apollo 11” — including a making-of podcast — re-releasing the jaw-dropping film to commemorate the moon landing’s 50th anniversary. Prior to CNN, Entelis spent three decades shepherding ABC News.
