Under Fogelson’s stewardship, STX has produced a wide variety of films over the past couple of years, starting with the 2015 acclaimed hit thriller “The Gift” (which grossed $60M against a lean $5M budget), remake “Secret in Their Eyes,” “The Boy” (a $65M hit), “Hardcore Henry,” the Matthew McConaughey drama “Free State Of Jones,” the $180M smash “Bad Moms,” “Desierto” and the critically acclaimed “The Edge of Seventeen.” Upcoming titles include “The Bye Bye Man,” “The Space Between Us,” “Bad Dads” and the Jackie Chan thriller “The Foreigner.” STX has multi-deals with international distributors, direct distribution agreements with North American theater chains AMC, Regal, Cinemark and Carmike, and a multiyear partnership with Universal Studios Home Entertainment for US home entertainment distribution of its titles.
