Adam
Driver

A former marine and Juilliard grad, Driver grabbed attention on HBO’s “Girls” but shifted from TV to prove himself an all-around player in comedy and drama in films of all sizes. In 2019 alone, he has Netflix’s “Marriage Story,” Amazon’s “The Report,” Focus Features’ “The Dead Don’t Die” and Disney’s “Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.” The industry loves his earnest, slow-burn affect, but Driver’s cred is real, as he earned Oscar and Golden Globe nominations for 2018’s “BlacKkKlansman” and ignited the festival circuit this year with a TIFF best performance prize for “Marriage Story” and a special tribute at Telluride. His Broadway run in “Burn This” was short-lived, but now he has time for long-gestating projects like the romantic musical “Annette” with Marion Cotillard.
