Music legend Elvis Presley died at his home, Graceland, in Memphis, Tenn., on Aug. 16 at the age of 42. Presley had been in ill health the final years of his life, but continued to work and was scheduled to go on tour later that day when he was found unresponsive on the floor of his bathroom. He began his music career in 1954, going on to become one of the most celebrated music icons of the 20th century. Even after his death, he continues to make money, with Forbes magazine ranking him as the second highest earning dead celebrity behind Michael Jackson.
