APA has promoted senior vice president of talent Sheva Cohen, vice president of scripted literary Jack Leighton, and senior vice president of physical production Julian Savodivker to partner.

Cohen began her career interning for top youth agent Bonnie Liedtke. She started in the APA mailroom in 2006 before joining the agency’s Agent Training Program. Promoted to agent in 2010 and named senior vice president of talent in 2018, Cohen continues to represent numerous established and emerging clients in all areas of the entertainment industry. Cohen is also a member of APA’s Women’s Empowerment Group (WE APA) that fosters one-on-one mentorships and facilitates philanthropic work with numerous charities.

Leighton joined APA as an agent in 2006 and was promoted to vice president of television literary in 2014. During his tenure at APA, he has represented award-winning writers, directors, producers and showrunners. APA was one of the first full-service agencies to sign the WGA’s franchise agreement early last year when it merged its television, motion picture and intellectual property divisions under one APA scripted literary banner.

Savodivker joined APA as an agent in 2013, the same year he was featured as one of Variety’s New Leaders. Promoted to vice president of physical poroduction in 2019 and named senior vice president in 2020, Savodivker expanded APA’s physical production roster in both domestic and international markets such as Mexico, Colombia, Ireland, Germany, Spain and the UK.
