Following a slight drop from its series premiere, the new James Corden-inspired CBS show “Game On!” continued to slide on Wednesday night.
Coming in with a 0.5 rating and 3.6 million total viewers, the sports-themed game show was one of the most-watched and highest-rated programs of the night, but still ticked down 17% from last week. In fact no show including the Keegan-Michael Key-hosted competition series managed to get above a 0.5 on the night, as replays of “SEAL Team” and “S.W.A.T.” scored a 0.3 and a 0.4 after “Game On!” Both reruns drew around 2.5 million viewers.
Meanwhile over on the CW, “Bulletproof” premiered its second season to a series low audience of 386,000 viewers and a 0.1 rating. For comparison, the first season averaged just under 600,000 pairs of eyeballs. “The 100” continued its final season even week-to-week at a 0.2 rating and 678,000 viewers.
“Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD” came in even at a 0.3 rating and 1.6 million total viewers for ABC. The Disney-owned network continued its streak of putting some of the classic films from its catalogue on the small screen, this time with “Big Hero 6” scoring a 0.5 rating and 2.5 million viewers.
The only other new program of the night was on Fox, where “Ultimate Tag” tagged in even on last week at a 0.5 rating and 1.9 million viewers, which represents a slight uptick in audience. A “Masterchef” replay preceded it with a 0.4 rating and 1.6 million viewers.
Finally on NBC, replays of its trio of “Chicago” dramas all delivered a 0.5 rating. “Chicago Fire” drew 4.1 million viewers, “Chicago Med” 4 million, and “Chicago P.D.” 3.8 million.
