Netflix’s Cindy Holland, Facebook’s Mina Lefevre Join NATPE Board

The growing influence of streaming services in TV is evident in the four new members elected to NATPE’s board of directors.

Cindy Holland, VP of original programming at Netflix, and Mina Lefevre, head of development at Facebook, have joined the panel, along with Universal Television president Pearlena Igbokwe and Sharon Vuong, CBS’ senior VP of alternative programming.

“We are delighted to welcome such a diverse group of leaders who are helping to redefine today’s changing television landscape, said NATPE chairman Andy Kaplan, who is president of Sony Pictures Television Networks. “We strive to represent the future of the industry and are gratified that our board is comprised of executives at the center of these evolutionary shifts.”

The National Association of Television Program Executives will hold its annual conference and programming market in Miami from Jan. 16-18.
