Jerry and Jessica Seinfeld Host Charity Halloween Bash With Gwyneth Paltrow, Sarah Michelle Gellar

The Culver Studios lot was alive with Halloween spirit on Sunday morning, where a costumed Jerry and Jessica Seinfeld hosted fellow celebrity families for the second annual Good+ Foundation Halloween Bash.

The Good+ Foundation, founded by Jessica in 2001, is a nonprofit organization that aims to break the cycle of family poverty. Originating as a family fundraising event in New York City, the Halloween Bash was introduced to the west coast last year due to popular demand from foundation supporters, Jessica said.

“The funds raised today will support our work in Los Angeles by providing families with the tools they need — services and education paired with necessities that families need. One of our big programs is getting families metro passes,” she told Variety.

The pair also reminisced about Seinfeld family Halloween traditions, with Jerry recalling a candy bearing, Santa-like character called Pumpkin Man that he invented to entertain his children years ago.

Stars, including Sarah Michelle Gellar, Jordana Brewster, and Ike Barinholtz, turned up in their best Halloween garb to support the cause. A costume-less Gwyneth Paltrow was also on hand to support the foundation.

Despite the heat, family-friendly entertainment was abundant. A sea of unicorn and superhero costumes made way for a ferris wheel, face painting station, petting zoo, mechanical bull, giant slide, and more.
