Exes Iggy Azalea and Nick Young List Tarzana Estate (EXCLUSIVE)

SELLERS: Nick Young and Iggy Azalea
LOCATION: Tarzana, CA
PRICE: $3,595,000
SIZE: 6,630 square feet, 6 bedrooms, 7 full and 2 half bathrooms

YOUR MAMA’S NOTES: It’s been nearly a year since saucy Australian rapper Iggy Azalea and L.A. Laker Nick Young parted romantic ways amid salacious allegations of infidelity so it’s no surprise the celeb-pedigreed Tarzana, CA, estate they shared during their brief romance and engagement has come up for sale with an asking price of $3.595 million. The erstwhile couple scooped up the property from singer/actress Selena Gomez in September 2014 for $3.45 million.

Online listings, which rather curiously make use of the exact same images used when the erstwhile couple purchased the property 2.5 years ago, show there are a total of six bedrooms and 7 full and 2 half bathrooms divided between the 6,630-square-foot single-story main house and, set atop the garage, a self-contained guesthouse with one bedroom, two bathrooms, a full kitchen and a wrap around balcony. Formal living and dining rooms flank the foyer in the main house that also has a den and a gourmet kitchen that’s open over a center work island to an informal dining area and family room lined with French doors that open to the backyard. The lavishly landscaped and heavily fortified .83-acre corner property, all but hidden behind a tall hedge and a row of pepper trees, encompasses a gated motor court and a high-maintenance, resort-style backyard gussied up stone paved terraces, extensive gardens and lush lawns, a built-in grilling station, a fire pit, a free-form swimming pool and spa with custom lighting system and a sport court.
