Veteran Lit Agent David Boxerbaum Joins Verve Talent and Literary Agency

Lit agent David Boxerbaum has joined Verve Talent and Literary Agency as a partner.

Boxerbaum comes to Verve from Paradigm where he served as one of the agency’s top lit agents. It’s unknown what clients will be joining Boxerbaum at Verve, but his long list includes a strong group of respected directors, screenwriters, and producers.

“We are thrilled to be working with David and for the founders that means a reunion,” the partnership said in the joint statement. “David embodies the principles that this company was founded upon, hard work, passion for the business, strategic thinking and a willingness to go through hell and back on behalf of the clients. We think he’s cool.”

Boxerbaum says, “Verve has a tremendous reputation for its quality and first-class representation. I am thrilled to be joining such a disruptive and forward-thinking agency.”

The veteran agent will join co-founders and partners Bryan Besser, Adam Levine, and Bill Weinstein along with Adam Weinstein and Amy Retzinger as a partner at the agency.

Since its creation in 2010, Verve has continued to grow, going from a small startup with only a handful of agents to a heavy-hitter. The company currently consists of more than 500 clients and counting.
