It’s only fitting that Hollywood celebrated Halloween early with costumes from their favorite films and TV shows.

To help keep track of some of the best costumes (and possibly serve as a last-minute inspiration), here are some of 2017’s celebrity get-ups:

Kristen Bell just can’t seem to “let it go” as she dons the royal Arendelle garb of ice queen Elsa.

True to her dark onscreen persona, Aubrey Plaza dressed up as Wednesday Addams on a Sunday.

It’s hard to wish for a better costume than Laverne Cox’s Major Tony Nelson from “I Dream of Jeannie.”

It looks like Jessica Alba and Kelly Sawyer got into some shenanigans as Juno and Paulie.

Stranger things have happened at Halloween time than Sarah Hyland and her band of demogorgons, but not many.

Gwyneth Paltrow finally let us know what was in the box.

Even though he never wore the classic blue and yellow suit on screen, Hugh Jackman teased that he might finally don the comic book Wolverine costume.

There is a lot that could be said about Zoe Kravitz’s costume, but rules are rules.

No need to tell Ryan Seacrest and Kelly Ripa what season it is. They know that winter is coming.

Speaking of seasons, Poison Ivy seems like more of a summer look, but Rita Ora pulls it off just fine.

Meanwhile, Amal Clooney and Cindy Crawford (pictured above) — whose husbands George Clooney and Rande Gerber co-founded Casamigos — dressed up as disco queens at the tequila company’s party on Friday.
