With ABC and Fox in repeats, NBC scored an easy victory on Tuesday night thanks to the final performance show of “America’s Got Talent” and the finale of “Better Late Than Never.”

“AGT” scored a 2.7 rating in adults 18-49 and 13.7 million viewers from 8-10 p.m., while “Better Late” concluded its freshman run with a 1.7 rating and 7.8 million viewers. “Talent” also matched its season high in 18-49 and hit a five-year high in total viewers, while “Better Late” posted its best ratings for the season in both the demo and total viewers.

The only other originals on the night were CBS’ “Big Brother” at 8 p.m., which notched a 1.8 rating and 6.4 million viewers, and The CW’s “MADtv” at 9 p.m., which barely moved the needle with a 0.2 rating and 0.6 million viewers.
