PaleyFest Fall TV Previews Lineup Includes ‘Pitch,’ Kiefer Sutherland’s ‘Designated Survivor’

The Paley Center for Media’s 10th PaleyFest Fall TV Previews lineup has been announced. The weeklong event will take place Sept. 8 to 13 in Los Angeles, and offer screenings and panels for the major new fall series, including ABC’s Kiefer Sutherland drama “Designated Survivor,” NBC’s “This Is Us,” CBS’ “Pure Genius,” and Fox’s baseball series “Pitch.”

This year will include a special night devoted to independent cable channel El Rey, which will get to showcase its wrestling series “Lucha Underground” and vampire drama “From Dusk Till Dawn,” which will begin its third season in September.

“PaleyFest Fall TV Previews offers TV enthusiasts a chance to view highly anticipated fall programs through premiere screenings and exclusive conversations with TV’s most-talked about stars and creators,” said Maureen J. Reidy, president and CEO of the Paley Center for Media. “The Paley Center’s public programs allow fans access to never-before-seen content in an intimate and exciting way, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to present our tenth annual line-up.”

For those unable to get out to Beverly Hills, the Paley Center in New York will have free screenings on Sept. 10 and 11, and official media sponsor Hulu will be putting up clips and recorded versions of the panels later in the month.
