Comedian and actor Louis C.K. presented the award for documentary short film in hilarious fashion Sunday night at the Oscars.

“This is easily my favorite subject,” he said after walking onstage. “This is the one Academy Award that has the opportunity to change a life. I’m happy for all of you, but you came here winners and you’re leaving millionaires; it’s not going to make that big of a difference… This Oscar is going home in a Honda Civic.”

Upon opening the envelope, the comedian shockingly said, “‘Mad Max?’ No.” before presenting the award to Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy for “A Girl in the River: The Price of Forgiveness.”

C.K.’s joke was referencing the “Mad Max: Fury Road” below-the-line sweep that took place just before the documentary prize announcement. The movie took home an impressive six trophies Sunday night.
