Daisy Lewellyn, star of Bravo’s “Blood, Sweat and Heels,” has died of cancer. She was 36.

A Bravo spokesperson released the following statement about Llewelyn:

“We are devastated to learn that Daisy Lewellyn from Bravo’s ‘Blood, Sweat & Heels’ has passed away this morning after a battle with a rare form of cancer. Daisy passed on in peace and filled with joy, surrounded by her family and friends. We are all saddened to lose this wonderful woman. Our thoughts and deepest sympathy is expressed.”

Last year, Llewelyn told online lifestyle guide Madame Noire that she had been diagnosed with stage-three bileduct cancer, a rare form of cancer that affects the liver, at the age of 34.

“I remember some of my immediate thoughts being like, ‘Well, you know what? I’m not afraid to die,'” she said. “I absolutely love my life and I’ve always loved my life, but they told me it was stage three cancer. I was like, ‘Well, if it’s my time to go, I’m okay with it,'” she said..

Before landing at Bravo, she was an editor for various magazines including Essence, InStyle and Glamour. She also wrote a book in 2010 titled “Never Pay Retail Again: Shop Smart, Spend Less, & Look Your Best Ever.”

Her costars responded to the news with heavy hearts.

Melyssa Ford said on Instagram, “I literally dreamed of her last nite… perhaps it was as she was saying goodbye to all of us. The shock is wearing off and full blown grief is setting in. I cannot believe Daisy is gone. My heart breaks for her family. Her light and spirit will be sorely missed.”

The Bravo family reacted strongly to the passing of their fellow reality star.

Bravo producer and “Watch What Happens:Live” host Andy Cohen said, “I am just heartbroken about Daisy Lewellyn. What a wonderful spirit, force of life, & a great person. She lit up every room. Sad day.”

“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Cynthia Bailey said, “My condolences to the family & friends of Daisy Lewellyn. Sending my love & strength through prayer.”

Teresa Giudice of “Real Housewives of New Jersey” kept it simple with “RIP beautiful @daisylewellyn.”

Holly Robinson-Peete, star of reality show “For Peete’s Sake” said, “Rest In Peace Beautiful Daisy…I am so glad we had the chance to work together… You gave so much to everyone.”
