Her new video for the track “Sim Ou Não,” recorded in partnership with the Colombian singer-songwriter Maluma, has accumulated 25 million views within a month of its release.
On social media, Anitta became the first Brazilian artist to receive a verified Snapchat profile, and has over 15 million followers on Instagram. She has over 3.4 million subscribers to her YouTube channel, with her videos collecting upwards of 1 billion views combined.
In 2015, Anitta took home the prizes for “Best Latin Artist” at the Europe Music Awards (EMA), “Best Singer” at the Young Brazilian Awards, and “Best of the Year 2015” from the Faustão TV Globo Show.
