In this week’s edition of the Variety Movie Commercial Tracker, powered by iSpot.tv, Paramount Pictures claims the top spot in TV ad spending with “Star Trek Beyond.”

Ads placed for the science fiction action film had an estimated media value of $7.84 million through Sunday, for 2,492 national ad airings across 46 networks. Behind it in second place: Universal Pictures’ “Jason Bourne,” which saw 1,528 national ad airings across 46 networks, with an estimated media value of $5.89 million.

TV ad placements for Warner Bros.’ “Lights Out” (EMV: $4.36 million), Lionsgate’s “Nerve” ($4.34 million) and Warner Bros.’ “Suicide Squad” ($3.8 million) round out the chart.
