Taylor Russell has joined the cast of Lionsgate’s adaptation of the YA novel “Down a Dark Hall.”

AnnaSophia Robb is set to star. Lois Duncan penned the novel, which follows a troubled teen with a haunted past who’s committed to Blackwood, a mysterious school for gifted and disturbed girls.

Rodrigo Cortes is directing the pic from a script by Michael Goldbach and Chris Sparling. Isabelle Fuhrman also stars in the movie, which is currently shooting in Barcelona. Nostromo Pictures is financing the film with the participation of Atresmedia Cine.

“Twilight” author Stephenie Meyer — who optioned the book in 2013 — Wyck Godfrey, Meghan Hibbett, and Marty Bowen are producing. Isaac Klausner will executive produce alongside Nuria Valls.

Russell recently landed the role of Judy Robinson in Legendary and Netflix’s TV reboot of “Lost in Space.” She is repped by Play MGMT in Vancouver, Thruline, and Jamie Feldman.
