Irish helmer John Moore is attached to direct upcoming C.I.A. action-thriller “N.O.C.,” which Radiant Films International and Cargo Entertainment is shopping to buyers on the Croisette this year.

Penned by Dave Matalon and Daniel Scott Gordon, “N.O.C” follows Alek, a C.I.A. deep undercover operative who discovers that a faction of the agency is actively collaborating with the terrorist cell he was sent to infiltrate. Stuck in a hospital in Berlin with the help of Corinne, the EMT who saved his life, Alek must evade both the agency and the terrorists, if he wants to bring the evidence of the unsanctioned special op to the people he thinks he can trust.

Gabriela Bacher will produce for Summerstorm Entertainment, a subsidiary of Film House Germany, alongside Vandal Entertainment’s Navid Mcllhargey and Cargo Entertainment’s Marina Grassic. Moore, Peter Veverka, Christian Angermayer and Clemens Hallmann will exec produce.

Production is expected to begin at the end of the summer in Berlin.

Moore has directed a clutch of action titles including “A Good Day to Die Hard,” “Max Payne” and “Behind Enemy Lines.” He has also helmed upcoming Pierce Brosnan and Anna Friel title “I.T.” He is repped by Paradigm.
