The Cannes Film Festival is officially upon us. Before heading into the thick of the glamorous fest, it’s worth looking back at past years, and which films from Cannes — specifically the winners of the big prize, the Palme d’Or — still resonate.
While several recent winning films, such as “Dheepan,” are foreign-language titles, there have been a handful of English-language movies to win as well. UPDATE: This poll has been closed. The big winner? Quentin Tarantino’s “Pulp Fiction” by a landslide.
